Internal Sales Executive

Location: Hemel Hempstead

The Opportunity

A well-established and growing business is looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join its friendly team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service, sales, trade counter, or internal sales experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and helping to drive branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Processing orders and preparing quotations accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Providing product information and support to help customers find the right solutions
• Assisting with stock management and general branch administration
• Identifying sales opportunities and supporting business growth
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer service

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, trade counter, or a similar commercial role
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Motivated to develop a long-term career within a successful business
