We're working with an award-winning, established business looking for an experienced Creative Designer to join its marketing team and help bring its brand to life through exceptional creative.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining graphic design, video editing and motion graphics. You'll be creating inspiring content across print, digital and social channels, playing an important part in shaping how customers discover, engage with and experience the brand.

From designing premium brochures and campaign assets to editing engaging videos and social content, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of creative projects.

What you'll be doing

Graphic Design

• Designing brochures, guides and other printed marketing materials.
• Creating digital assets for websites, email campaigns, paid advertising and social media.
• Producing eye-catching banners, display advertising and promotional graphics.
• Designing exhibition materials, presentations and sales collateral.
• Developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Preparing artwork for both digital and professional print production.

Video & Motion

• Editing engaging promotional videos for social media, websites and paid campaigns.
• Creating short-form video content, motion graphics and animated visuals.
• Developing compelling visual stories that capture attention and engage audiences.
• Optimising creative content for different platforms, formats and audiences.

Brand & Creative Development

• Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Supporting photography selection, image retouching and creative asset management.
• Organising and editing footage and imagery from various sources.
• Contributing fresh ideas to campaigns and creative concepts.
• Ensuring all creative output reflects the brand's premium positioning.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have 5+ years' experience in a creative, graphic design or multimedia role, alongside a strong portfolio showcasing a combination of graphic design and video work. Experience working with premium brands would be a real advantage.

You'll bring:

• Excellent graphic design skills, with a strong eye for typography, layout, colour and attention to detail.
• Experience creating engaging content across print, digital, social media and paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Confident video editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, polished content.
• Experience with photography editing, image retouching and colour correction.
• A good understanding of digital formats and how creative assets need to work across different channels.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and bring creative concepts to life.

Experience working with premium consumer, lifestyle or luxury brands would be particularly beneficial.

The details

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £34,000 – £39,000 depending on experience

Working pattern: Hybrid – office-based Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work from home or the office on other days.

Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm
