They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract. Contract Details:Location: South London Contract: Southern Housing Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks, Central Heating Repairs, Voids and Wet Works Contract Property Portfolio: The portfolio is a combination of both houses and flats, BUT significantly more flats/apartments than houses. Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week Contract Length: Ongoing Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears Rates: * £350.00 per day (all parts supplied) * Out of Hours Rates: £130.45 Standby weekday & weekends £34.80 per completed job £21.75 per incomplete job * Parking Permit provided * Congestion Charge covered by client Key Benefits: * Work booked within 45-minute radius * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices * Parking permit provided * Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated) * All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system. * Full PPE and kit provided. * Long-term contract Requirements: * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires) * Panel Van (plain or sign written) * Gas Safe Registration * Clean DBS Check * No more than 6 points on Driving Licence * Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser * £2m Public Liability Insurance If you would like some further information, please apply using an up to date CV and one of the team will be in touch
