Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing business in Epsom who are looking for a confident and motivated Credit Controller to join their team.

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
• Manage a ledger of customer accounts, ensuring balances are kept up to date.
• Chase outstanding debts via telephone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment queries.
• Agree payment plans where necessary and monitor progress.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve invoice queries.
• Allocate payments and update customer records accurately.
• Work closely with the wider finance team to minimise overdue debt.
• Meet collection targets and help improve cash flow across the business.

• Previous experience in credit control, debt collection or a similar customer-facing role.
• A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Someone who is organised, persistent and able to manage their own workload.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries effectively.
• A positive attitude and a results-driven approach.
