Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays and work with the wider team to resolve issues. Liaise with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and minimise disruption. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, photographic evidence and quality documentation. Ensure completed works meet the required standards and support successful property handovers.
