Foreman We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise site operatives, gangs and subcontractors. * Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils. * Allocate daily tasks and coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on schedule. * Maintain health, safety and quality standards. * Liaise with Site Management and report progress or site issues. Requirements * Proven experience as a Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects. * Experience supervising site gangs and operatives. * SSSTS or SMSTS certification. * Valid CSCS card. * Valid First Aid certificate. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
