The Ideal Candidate We're looking for an ambitious hospitality professional with previous management experience within a hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment. You will: Have proven experience managing a food and beverage operation Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills Be commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs Have excellent organisational and communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Be committed to developing and motivating your teamThis position would suit an existing F&B Manager or a strong Assistant F&B Manager looking to step into their first departmental leadership role.
