The Role You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Remortgages and transfers of equity * Shared ownership and Right to Buy transactions * New build and Help to Buy matters * Client liaison from instruction through to completion You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
