Key Responsibilities * Proactively drive new business development, targeting and winning new healthcare client accounts. * Source, interview, and place high-calibre healthcare professionals into permanent positions. * Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, maintaining high compliance standards and client satisfaction. * Leverage internal contract opportunities to maximize your placement potential and commission. * Lead by example on desk performance, laying the groundwork to hire and mentor junior consultants as you grow the division. Key Requirements * Healthcare Experience (Essential): Background in healthcare recruitment - experience specifically within Doctors / Medical Consultants is highly desirable. * Track Record in BD: Proven ability to win new client business and build long-standing, profitable client relationships. * Ambitious & Driven: Highly self-motivated with the drive and passion to step into a future team leadership position. * End-to-End Competency: Excellent candidate sourcing capability, account management skills, and awareness of healthcare compliance.
