They're looking for a Management Accountant to join their team, manage their own portfolio of UK and international clients, and play an active part in a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.

You'll have access to broad training across management accounting, VAT, and accounting software, along with a clear path for progression and support for professional qualifications if you're looking to develop further.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing management accounts for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
• Managing your own client relationships, taking day-to-day ownership of their accounts
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns accurately and on time
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Working across a range of accounting systems to suit different client needs
• Contributing to wider team tasks and ad hoc requirements as they arise

What we're looking for

• A solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Practical experience preparing VAT returns
• Confident working across multiple accounting platforms, including any of the following: Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
• Experience carrying out balance sheet reconciliations
• Organised, client-focused, and comfortable managing your own workload

Nice to have

• Experience with software integrations or system migrations
• Ability to provide software advice and guidance to clients
• Exposure to e-commerce or marketplace accounting
