What You'll Be Doing Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email. Resolving queries and keeping overdue balances moving. Building relationships with customers and internal teams. Keeping account records accurate and flagging payment concerns. What You'll Bring Previous credit control experience. A confident telephone manner and a proactive approach.
