Are you looking to step away from handling a caseload?

A well-established and highly regarded conveyancing firm is looking to strengthen its busy Manchester team with the appointment of a Conveyancing Team Leader.

This is a leadership-focused role rather than a full caseload position. You'll take ownership of a team of three fee earners, providing oversight, support and technical guidance to ensure the team continues to deliver a high standard of client service.

The Role

• Managing and supporting a team of 3 conveyancing fee earners
• Signing off on files and completed work to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
• Providing guidance on complex or technical matters, acting as the team's first point of escalation
• Supporting with training, development and day-to-day performance management of the team
• Holiday and absence cover for the team's caseload when required (this is not a fee-earning role otherwise)
• Working closely with senior management to maintain workflow efficiency and service standards across the team

About You

• Strong residential conveyancing experience (qualification is not essential)
• Previous experience supervising/mentoring a team (desirable, not essential)
• Confident handling complex or non-standard transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, New Build and Shared Ownership
• Comfortable balancing team management with occasional hands-on file support
