  • Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades and continuous improvement
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and safe working practices
  • Work closely with production and management to agree maintenance priorities

About You:

You’ll have previous experience in a senior maintenance, team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing, with a strong electrical bias.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills, alongside good mechanical knowledge
  • Experience leading or coordinating a maintenance team
  • Knowledge of PPM, TPM and preventative maintenance
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and/or PAT testing experience
  • Experience within plastics, injection moulding, extrusion or similar manufacturing environments would be advantageous, as would relevant engineering qualifications.

What's on Offer?

  • £53,000–£55,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (Days only working pattern)
  • Hands-on leadership role with genuine responsibility
