Your new roleAs a Reward Partner, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and various other stakeholders, together with ownership of reward projects.Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on salary positioning, benchmarking and retention.
• Leading reward projects and developing clear pay structures and progression frameworks.
• Supporting annual salary and bonus reviews, balancing business needs with budgets.
• Guiding promotions, out-of-cycle pay decisions, job evaluation and grading.
• Partnering with benefits and recognition teams to improve the offering and simplify incentives.
• Supporting organisational change, including restructures, TUPE transfers and acquisitions.
• Using data to inform recommendations, maintain pay governance and communicate changes clearly.

What you'll need to succeedYou'll bring experience in reward within a complex organisation, with a strong foundation in in pay reviews, benchmarking and job evaluation. You'll be confident interpreting data, supporting organisational change and building trusted relationships.
