Sales Account Executive

High Wycombe (HP13)

£28,000 + Team Bonus (OTE £33,000)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

REED is recruiting a Sales Account Executive to join a friendly and established business in High Wycombe.

This is a relationship-focused role where you'll be contacting existing and lapsed customers, understanding their requirements, and building long-term customer relationships. This is not a hard sales environment and would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing and lapsed customers by phone.

• Build rapport and identify customer needs.

• Follow up on enquiries and quotations.

• Maintain accurate records on internal systems.

• Work as part of a supportive sales team.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills.

• Friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner.

• Computer literate.

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
