Help Shape the Earliest Years of a Child's Education
Hays Education is working with a range of primary schools across Ramsgate that are seeking enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teachers to join their teams.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to develop your experience within Early Years or an experienced EYFS practitioner searching for a new opportunity, we have a variety of roles available across welcoming and supportive school environments.

The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in helping children develop the confidence, curiosity and key skills that form the foundation of future learning. You'll create a safe, engaging and stimulating classroom environment where children can learn through exploration, creativity and play.Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, you'll deliver child-centred learning experiences that support children's academic, social and emotional development. You'll help pupils build independence, resilience and a love of learning from the very beginning of their educational journey.Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
• Experience teaching within EYFS
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
• The ability to create engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
• A passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A creative, patient and nurturing approach to teaching
