Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, and independence.
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement individual support plans.
• Build trusting relationships and provide consistent encouragement and guidance.
• Use positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques to help students manage challenging situations.
