We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Feltham for A Senior Air Export Clerk

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced freight forwarding environment, where you will be responsible for managing air export shipments from start to finish while providing exceptional service to key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Export Team
• Manage air export process from booking through to final delivery.
• Handle key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and liaise with overseas agents, hauliers and customers.
• Prepare and process all export documentation.
• Ensure all shipments comply with export regulations and customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records using CargoWise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Meet operational deadlines while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required

• Previous experience 5+ within Air Freight Exports is essential.
• Experience using CDS / AS400
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
