Site Supervisor

• Working Hours: 30 hours per week (06:30-09:30 then 15:00-18:00)
• Salary: £14.63 per hour

LTA / Reed Education is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor for a primary school in Haslingden. This part-time role is crucial for ensuring the school site is ready and presentable each day. The position starts afterOctober half-term and is expected to last until the end of the academic year. A DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Ensure the school site is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and oversee the upkeep of the property.
• Prioritise workload to manage tasks effectively throughout the day.
• Work flexibly, either early in the morning or after school, to prepare the site.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the school by being well-organised and proactive.
• Develop good relationships with children and adults within the school community.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Recent experience working in a school environment or similar setting.
• Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Hardworking, flexible, and able to use initiative.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and property maintenance.
• Ability to develop good relationships with both children and adults.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
