Day to Day of the Role:

• Work closely with an experienced team of Surveyors, Buyers, and Estimators.
• Provide cost management and cost control for projects.
• Engage in a fast-moving and interesting workload, ensuring the financial success of key accounts.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Contribute to the team’s success through effective cost analysis and budget management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Leisure and Retail sectors but the client is happy to talk to candidates with other project experience.
• Strong understanding of cost management and cost control practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
