About the Company

An established regional wealth management practice closely linked with a leading accountancy firm, operating as part of an expanding national wealth management group. Providing integrated financial planning and tax advice, the firm supports high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners with retirement planning, tax mitigation, and business exits. Growing at 20% annually, the business prioritises balanced adviser-to-support ratios, maintaining a collaborative, modern working environment across the South East.

Role Summary

If you are an experienced Paraplanner seeking an environment that actively protects back-office capacity, this role offers high-calibre work without unrealistic workloads. Supported by regular client referrals from an associated accountancy practice, the firm deliberately expands paraplanning support before adding advisers to keep caseloads manageable. Whether you are a career paraplanner seeking complex technical cases or looking to develop long term within an expanding business, you will gain exposure to sophisticated wealth structuring within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct whole-of-market research and cash-flow modelling, deepening your technical expertise in complex wealth structuring, tax planning, and business exits.
  • Draft bespoke suitability reports and annual reviews for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, giving you direct involvement in shaping high-level client solutions.
  • Serve as a key technical sounding board for advisers and client support teams, giving you strong professional influence over advice formulation and recommendation strategies.
  • Contribute to investment committee due diligence and assist with coaching colleagues, expanding your market insight and developing valuable mentoring capability.
Requirements
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated paraplanning experience drafting suitability reports and annual reviews across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry platforms such as Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo, or FE Analytics (or similar software).
  • Strong technical research abilities and clear written communication, allowing you to collaborate confidently with financial advisers.

If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, as we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
