We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical contractor who is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join their team in Leeds This is a permanent role working on a range of projects including office development,Commercial & Education, They are offering strong continuity of work and the opportunity to be part of a well-established and growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and education projects. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise mechanical installation works on a live construction site * Work closely with the wider project management team to ensure successful delivery * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams * Interpret mechanical drawings and assist with coordination * Support pre-construction and design input where required * Assist with site H&S compliance and documentation * Oversee and mentor site teams, including apprentices Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager within M&E * Strong site-based supervisory background on commercial projects * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively * SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential) * Organised, reliable, and strong attention to detail Benefits: * Long-term projects * Work on a high-value commercial office project * Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing M&E contractor * Ongoing pipeline of future work available To apply, please submit your CV or contact us for more information
