An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial law firm in London. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-value property finance transactions, advising lenders, developers, investors and borrowers on complex financing arrangements across the real estate sector.

You'll be involved in a varied caseload covering investment and development finance, secured lending, bridging finance and structured real estate transactions. Working as part of a collaborative and commercially minded team, you'll enjoy direct client contact and significant responsibility from day one.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 2+ years' PQE
• Experience gained within a recognised real estate finance or banking team

• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Capable of managing transactions independently while working effectively as part of a team
