Due to the company’s continued growth, there is a requirement to expand the Engineering team by hiring a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of the client’s projects. The Project Manager will manage the project team to ensure on-time delivery to budget and to the quality requirements in a safe and timely manner. Whilst working with all internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will be responsible for establishing the brief of the assigned projects, leading design, and procurement that will in turn lead to the successful delivery of the project. What we would like from the Project Manager: Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline Minimum of 7 years’ experience in EPC project delivery Knowledge of heavy engineering, process design, and associated balance of plant or ancillary equipment supply together with commissioning of the same at customer facilities The ability to plan (schedule) and determine resources to deliver the allocated projects and develop strong execution plans from sales handover to the successful completion of projects Knowledge of managing the design process through SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD design package A track record of working to budgets and managing scope to deliver a cost-effective solution for multiple projects ranging from £100K to £10M  What we offer the Project Manager: Salary between £50,000 to £70,000 doe 35-hour week 25 days annual leave 8 Bank Holidays Company pension is 3% from employee and 8% from employer Private Medical Healthcare 4x salary death benefit Overtime available Half Day on Friday – finish at 12.30 pm Progression available Opportunity to travel to clients (mainly outside the UK)  If this opportunity as the Project Manager is of interest to you, don’t hesitate to get in touch asap!
