Family Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate/Salaried Partner)

An ambitious and highly regarded Sussex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates at Associate, Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level and offers a genuine pathway to Partnership.

You will advise clients on a broad range of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• High-net-worth and complex asset cases
• Children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You will manage your own caseload while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department. This role would suit a commercially minded Solicitor who combines excellent technical ability with first-class client care.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with strong Family Law experience
• Able to manage matters independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially aware and interested in business development
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Resolution membership and/or Collaborative Law training advantageous
