We are recruiting for an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead our busy fast fit centre in Yeovil. Benefits: Competitive basic salary up to £36,000, with an OTE of £39,600 Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturdays on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Excellent opportunities for career progression Forward-thinking business focused on growth and employee developmentDuties: Lead, motivate and develop the team, encouraging sales performance and providing training where required Improve customer conversion rates by ensuring effective telephone etiquette and call-back procedures Manage the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the depot Safeguard branch stock, assets, customer data and cash handling Maintain accurate stock control systems and ensure records remain audit-ready Ensure equipment and machinery are regularly maintained and serviced Receive, store and accurately record stock deliveries on the day of arrival Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times Take a hands-on approach to operational excellence and team performanceRequirements: Proven experience as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager or Assistant Fast-Fit Centre Manager within the automotive industry Demonstrable success in a sales environment Mechanical experience and strong automotive knowledge Experience managing multiple priorities effectively Good working understanding of relevant health and safety requirements Understanding of evolving vehicle technology Outstanding customer service and account management skills A full UK driving licence The successful Fast-Fit Centre Manager will be confident, commercially aware and committed to achieving high standardsPrevious experience as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager is essential, while an enthusiastic approach to customer service, sales and team leadership will be highly valued.
