Robert Half are working with a well-established financial services firm based in Pill, who are looking to appoint a confident Administrator to join their team. This is a fully office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a varied, task focussed environment and enjoys supporting both colleagues and clients.

The Role

• Providing efficient, accurate administrative support across the business
• Working closely with the team to manage a varied daily workload
• Liaising directly with clients, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
• Handling a range of ad hoc tasks and prioritising effectively as demands shift
• Working autonomously while remaining a reliable point of support for the wider team

About You

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing your own workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build good working relationships with both colleagues and clients
• Comfortable adapting to a varied and changing workload
• Previous administrative experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential
