A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Hull is looking for an ATT qualified Private Client Tax Senior to work across a varied portfolio of private clients, preparing self assessment tax returns and building technical knowledge across income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax.

Hull has a well established and diverse business community, and the firm has a loyal private client base that reflects the commercial activity of the wider region. What's the day to day of the role:

• Preparing self assessment tax returns and associated compliance work
• Providing tailored advice as required
• Acting as a reliable point of contact and building trusted client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the private client tax team
• Liaising with HMRC on client correspondence and enquiries

Required skills and qualifications:

• ATT qualified with a strong private client tax background
• At least two years' experience within a UK Practice environment
• Solid knowledge of UK personal tax
• Professional and confident client facing manner
• Well organised across competing priorities and deadlines
