We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital & Social Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing Kent-based business. This is a varied role offering ownership of digital marketing activity across a portfolio of established brands, with responsibility for social media, website management, content creation, email marketing, SEO and paid digital campaigns.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and online growth through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise company websites, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and SEO-focused.
• Create and deliver social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Develop compelling content including blogs, articles, newsletters, emails and website copy.
• Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Monitor website, social media and email marketing performance, producing reports, insights and recommendations.
• Support and optimise SEO and paid search activities to improve online visibility, website traffic and return on investment.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate marketing activity across multiple brands.
• Support the growth of online sales and customer engagement through effective digital marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful marketing campaigns and projects.

This role would suit an experienced digital marketer with strong copywriting skills, experience managing social media channels, website content and email campaigns, and a solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Experience using CRM systems, CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
