Location: Fully Remote – UK Wide Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 Depending on Experience Sector: Façades & Cladding Employment Type: Permanent We are currently working with an established façade and cladding contractor who is looking to strengthen their commercial team with Quantity Surveyors at various levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for commercially minded individuals with experience in the façade and cladding sector who are looking for a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. The Role * Commercial management of façade and cladding packages from initial stages through to final account. * Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and payments. * Monitoring project costs, budgets and profitability. * Preparing and submitting applications for payment. * Identifying and managing commercial risks. * Working closely with project teams to ensure successful commercial delivery. Requirements * Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the façade, cladding or building envelope sector is essential. * Strong understanding of commercial processes and construction contracts. * Experience managing variations, valuations and final accounts. * Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
