Hours 38hrs/week 1-2 days on-site Day to Day * Lead financial support for capital projects, budgets and investment decisions. * Provide financial advice to operational managers and service leads. * Monitor capital expenditure, funding and project costs. * Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing constructive challenge and practical financial guidance. Requirements (qualifications/experience) * Strong finance business partnering experience, ideally within local government. * Knowledge of capital programmes, property/estates finance or asset management. * Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate financial information into clear, practical advice
