Description

• Manage day-to-day payroll activities to support accurate and timely pay processing.
• Maintain payroll information and records within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies to keep information accurate.
• Prepare payroll information for processing and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Respond to payroll-related queries and provide clear updates where needed.
• Work with relevant internal teams to gather accurate payroll information.
• Keep payroll documentation organised and up to date.

Profile

A successful Part Time Payroll Administrator should have:

• Experience of working in a finance role.
• Experience in Payroll is advantageous.
• Experience with Excel.
• Confidence maintaining payroll records and checking data for accuracy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Experience handling payroll queries in a clear and helpful way.
• Good organisation when managing documentation and routine payroll tasks.
• Ability to work effectively within an Accounting & Finance team.

Job Offer

• Permanent, part-time Part Time Payroll Administrator position.
• Salary of £28,000 to £33000, dependent on the level of experience.
