Reed Education are currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary-aged pupils across schools in Scunthorpe.

This role involves working closely with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. We are looking for individuals who are patient, proactive and passionate about helping every child achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable.
• A patient, nurturing and flexible approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant TA qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
