We have a great new hybrid EA opportunity to join a successful international business within the aviation sector, supporting the CEO and senior leadership team.
This is an exciting time to join the business as it continues to grow internationally, with ambitious plans for the future and a newly established UK office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives, becoming a trusted and valued member of a close-knit, ambitious team.
Working predominantly with the CEO, alongside providing additional support to another C-suite executive and the wider leadership team, this is a busy and varied position requiring someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. The CEO works at a particularly fast pace, so we're looking for someone who can bring structure to his schedule, anticipate what needs to be done and confidently stay several steps ahead.
A key part of the role will involve international travel, regularly accompanying the CEO to the company's overseas offices, alongside occasional travel to other locations as required. It's therefore important that the successful candidate genuinely enjoys travelling, can be flexible with their schedule and is comfortable working across different locations.
Alongside the day-to-day EA responsibilities, you'll also help with the smooth running of the UK office, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure everything is well organised and communication between the international teams runs smoothly.
The role is predominantly business-focused, although there may be some occasional personal assistance required. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, switched on, personable and confident using their initiative, with the ability to adapt quickly and remain calm when priorities change.
The position offers hybrid working, with approximately two to three days per week based in the West Sussex office, alongside regular international travel. Typical working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm, although some flexibility will be needed around the CEO's schedule and travel commitments.
