Assistant Site Manager – Whitstable, Kent Location: Whitstable, Kent Duration: Permanent position. Current project running until summer 2027, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on project in Whitfield, Essex. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Site Manager to join a project in Whitstable, Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within construction. Extensive experience isn't essential; we're particularly interested in candidates with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn. The Ideal Candidate: * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A proactive, positive attitude with a good work ethic. * Able to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced site environment. * Previous experience with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous but isn't essential. * Ideally based around Dartford or the surrounding areas.
