CSA Package Manager – Data Centre Construction Location: Kirkkonummi, Finland Salary: €85,000–€95,000+ Package: Accommodation, rotation, travel and €1,100 net monthly living allowance Employment: Full-time, site-based The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Kirkkonummi, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages on a large-scale mission-critical development. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards and in line with the project programme. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate Civil and Structural work packages. * Oversee site Quality Assurance activities in conjunction with the wider project team. * Manage the project schedule alongside the Planner, Project Managers, subcontractors and design consultants. * Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities progress as planned. * Manage subcontractor activities, monitoring progress, programme performance and manpower levels. * Chair weekly subcontractor progress meetings. * Ensure subcontractor documentation, including Health & Safety records, is maintained and filed correctly. * Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings. * Liaise with the design team to ensure construction information is prioritised and issued in line with the programme. * Identify and resolve design, engineering and construction challenges. * Prepare and issue regular project progress reports. * Work with the commercial team to capture variations and ensure associated costs are communicated to the client. * Review construction drawings and setting-out details. * Ensure builders' work drawings for building services are properly coordinated and incorporated. * Coordinate, distribute and close out CSA snags. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or a similar discipline. * Minimum 7 years' experience within the CSA construction industry. * Strong background managing and delivering CSA packages. * Experience delivering large-scale construction projects. * Ability to maintain an overview of the wider project while managing detailed technical requirements. * Strong understanding of construction scheduling, programming and sequencing. * Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. * Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. * Data centre or mission-critical construction experience would be advantageous.
