Final Finishings Manager We are looking for an experienced residential Final Finishings Manager for a residential development in Shropshire Key Responsibilities: * Oversee final finishing, snagging and de-snagging across new-build developments. * Manage subcontractors to ensure outstanding works are completed to a high standard. * Monitor quality, progress and handover deadlines. * Ensure homes are finished to specification and ready for customer occupation. * Work closely with site teams to deliver high-quality homes. If you have experience in residential housebuilding and finishing management an excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills, and are Proactive, hands-on and committed to delivering results.
