What’ll You Be Doing?

• Managing a caseload of public law children matters, primarily representing parents in care proceedings
• Providing expert legal advice and representation throughout proceedings
• Building strong relationships with clients and other professionals
• Working collaboratively with an experienced specialist team

What Are We Looking For?

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience handling Child Care Law and care proceedings
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage cases independently whilst working as part of a team
• Children Panel accreditation is desirable but not essential
