Job Title: Plant Supervisor Location: Plymouth Salary: £25.00 per hour, 1.5 x rate after 39 hours in a week, 1.5 x rate first 4 hours on a saturday, 2 x rate rest of the weekend. Hours: 10 hour Shifts Contract: Full time Duration: 5 years + Benefits: 31 days holiday per year, pension, £3 a day brief allowance Subsistence: * Lodge available at £53.69 per night for anyone living over 50 miles from site. * Daily Travel allowance available for any operative not on lodge commuting more than 9 miles About the Role: Infocus Resources is a dynamic organisation specialising in recruitment to various sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to join the busy team at the Devonport Docks. Key Responsibilities: Must Have: * Ability to coordinate plant on site * Good organisational and problem-solving skills * Reliable and proactive approach to work * Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance * Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years This role is site based - Monday to Friday 45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate logistics operations across site * Manage the movement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment * Coordinate site logistics teams and ensure resources are available when required * Ensure safe movement of vehicles, plant and personnel around site * Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and delivery teams * Monitor daily activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across logistics operations * Assist with planning and coordinating site deliveries * Maintain accurate records and report any issues to site management If interested please contact Scott Buchanan - (phone number removed) Equal Opportunities Statement Infocus Resources is an equal opportunity employer.
