We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Executive for a six-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer to support a varied programme of B2B marketing activity across events, digital campaigns, content and sales enablement, working closely with internal teams, external agencies and channel partners across the EMEA region.

As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate trade shows, product demonstrations and exhibitions, managing logistics, displays, promotional materials and attendee communications.
  • Support product launches and lead-generation campaigns from planning through to reporting.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, presentations and point-of-sale displays, while supporting communications with distributors and local partners.
  • Manage email newsletters and EMEA campaigns using HubSpot, including automation, lead capture and reporting.
  • Contribute to articles, case studies, blog posts and PR activities.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and report on campaign and event performance, working closely with sales teams and external agencies to deliver effective marketing activity.

About You

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, or a similar industry, with a background in organising trade shows or events.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including email campaigns, marketing automation workflows and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.

If you are a versatile marketer who enjoys delivering practical, results-driven campaigns and thrives in a varied role, we would love to hear from you.
