The role offers exposure to a broad range of civil disputes, including boundary disputes, defamation, public and private nuisance, harassment and Party Wall Act claims. The successful candidate will ideally have:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Dispute Resolution Practising Rights

Solid post-qualified experience within civil litigation

Experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution

Strong client care skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience of ADR

The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a wider team

A keen interest in business development and developing client relationships

Experience of commercial litigation and advocacy in the Civil Courts would be advantageous, although applications will be considered from candidates with a strong general civil litigation background.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants to join an established team, work on interesting and varied matters and have real responsibility for their clients.
