Day Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment –  Southampton - £43k An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Southampton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a small hospital site. . You will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site, working closely with a senior member of the team and the team on site. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in building maintenance mainly including M&E.  In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £43,000, overtime, plenty of further training and a potential route into further career progression. This is a shift role working a 2 week rolling pattern covering 06:00 - 20:00 4 days on / 3 days off / 3 days on / 4 days off.    Package includes: Salary up to £43,000 20 shifts holiday Overtime available Opportunity for progression On going training Key duties & Responsibilities Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance Lighting: small installs, fault finding, lamping, ballast replacement, power distribution Emergency lighting testing Maintain AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning) Water temp checks (no chemical dosing) Monitor BMS systems and report irregularities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors Keep logbooks updated and attend client meetings when require   The ideal candidate will have : Electrically qualified to C&G / NVQ Level 3 Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent 18th Edition  A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skills
