We are currently working with a leading law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing patent files, records and electronic databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing and filing patent applications and related documentation with relevant patent offices.
• Monitoring deadlines, statutory dates and renewal requirements to ensure compliance.
• Liaising with clients, patent attorneys, foreign associates and external parties.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Patent Paralegal or similar patent administration role is essential.
• A solid understanding of patent procedures, filing requirements and deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently and hit the ground running.
