SEND Administrator

We are seeking a SEND Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a specialism in SEND administration who can establish and streamline processes within our admin team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up and tidying up our SEND administration to ensure smooth operations moving forward.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assess and organise the current SEND administration processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient and clear SEND administrative processes.
• Provide training and handover to the general admin team to ensure continuity and understanding of the new processes.
• Manage and maintain accurate SEND records and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that SEND administrative needs are met and integrated within the wider team’s operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for SEND-related queries within the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEND administration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEND procedures and legal requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train others.
• Proficiency in administrative software and systems.
