An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly regarded South Coast property team as a Senior Associate.

The firm is continuing to grow its presence in Southampton and this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career while working on high-quality residential property matters within a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role:

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and equity release
• Transfers of equity
• New-build and plot purchases
• Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
• Working closely with Clients, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors to ensure matters progress smoothly

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other specialist teams including Residential Development, Commercial Property, Construction, Property Disputes, Family and Private Client, creating opportunities for cross-referrals and a genuinely joined-up service for clients.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, referrers and agents
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Commercially minded and proactive
• Comfortable supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the team
