A well-established law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its growing Employment team.

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take on their own caseload and deal with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with both employers and employees.

The role will include:

• Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Redundancy and settlement agreements
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies
• Advising business clients on HR issues and employment risk
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required
• Managing your own caseload and dealing directly with clients

The firm is looking for someone with:

• Experience working in Employment Law
• The ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Good technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
• A practical and commercial approach to advising clients
