Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Gas Engineer to work with our client on a temporary basis in Banbury. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overview: The role involves carrying out gas installations, servicing, repairs and maintenance of domestic gas central heating systems, ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and contract requirements. The post holder will also diagnose faults, resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of work completed. Main Duties: * Carrying out installation, servicing and maintenance of domestic gas central heating systems * Diagnosing faults and completing gas repairs and breakdown work * Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety requirements and regulations * Responding to customer complaints and resolving service issues * Providing customers with updates on work progress * Maintaining accurate daily work records * Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition Essential Criteria: * Current Gas Safe registration * ACS Domestic Gas qualifications * Previous experience in domestic gas installation, servicing and maintenance * Working knowledge of gas safety regulations and relevant building regulations * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions * Full, current driving licence If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your up-to-date CV
