Personal Assistant - Construction industry

Salary: £40-45K
Location: West End, London
Contract: Full-time, 12-month FTC with potential to become permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm

A leading London-based construction company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to its CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised, and discreet individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's busy and ever-changing diary and schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and other requests.
• Arrange domestic and international travel and itineraries.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Provide administrative support, project assistance, and ad hoc research.
• Maintain confidential records and anticipate the CEO's requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous Personal Assistant experience within the construction industry and be confident managing multiple priorities while providing first-class executive support.
