Job Title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - City of London Location: City of London Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Employer: Leading Facilities Management Provider   Are you a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity working across some of the City's most prestigious commercial buildings?   We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, maintaining a portfolio of iconic commercial properties across the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking to develop their career, with a company vehicle, fuel card, clear progression opportunities and plenty of overtime available.   The Role Working across a range of commercial buildings throughout the City of London, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical building services. You will help ensure all facilities remain safe, compliant and operational while delivering a high standard of service.   Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across commercial properties Responding to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns Diagnosing faults and completing electrical repairs Maintaining electrical systems and associated building services Ensuring maintenance is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations Completing maintenance records and reporting any issues identified Building positive working relationships with clients and site teams Supporting the smooth operation of the wider engineering service   About You Fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Electrician Previous experience within commercial building services or Facilities Management Strong knowledge of electrical PPM and reactive maintenance Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills Able to work independently across multiple sites Professional approach with good communication skills Full UK driving licence   What's On Offer? £45,000 basic salary Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Company vehicle and fuel card provided Plenty of overtime opportunities to increase earnings Portfolio of iconic commercial buildings across the City of London Clear routes for career progression and further development Opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management provider   If you're a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role with a competitive salary, excellent overtime potential and opportunities to progress, we'd be keen to hear from you
