Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Corporate | 6+ PQE | Permanent | Full-Time

Looking to step away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in high-quality Corporate and M&A work?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer or established PSL to join a leading Corporate team in a strategic, knowledge-focused role.

Working alongside lawyers across the practice, you will play a key role in driving technical excellence, developing best practice, supporting training and enhancing the delivery of legal services.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain Corporate precedents, templates and technical guidance
• Provide technical support and research on complex Corporate and transactional matters
• Support lawyers throughout the full lifecycle of mid-market M&A transactions
• Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments
• Deliver training and support the professional development of lawyers at all levels
• Create practical know-how resources and promote best practice
• Contribute to client updates, thought leadership and business development initiatives
• Support legal technology, process improvement and innovation projects
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Corporate practice

About You:

• Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Corporate law
• Existing PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or an experienced Corporate fee-earner looking to transition into a PSL role
• Strong experience advising on mid-market M&A and transactional matters
• Excellent technical, drafting and research skills
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering training or mentoring colleagues
• Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
• Interested in legal technology, innovation and continuous improvement
